Shipping
Standard shipping times to all major cities is approximately 2-3 business days, with express being approximately 1-2 business days.
For rural areas, standard shipping can take up to 7 business days (remote areas).
All orders are shipped within 1 working day. If you have not received an order within the approximated time frame, please notify us by email.
Please note, during sale periods, it may take a little longer for your parcel to be packed and prepared.
International orders are shipped via Australia Post, please allow 2-25 business days from the time it leaves the postal depot it originated from, depending on where you are located.
Your shipment may take a little longer when going through customs, depending on your country’s policies.
We do not control, and are not responsible for customs fees or policies and apologize for any inconvenience they may cause you!

International orders may incur import duties and taxes, these are payable by you, the customer.
If you are unsure whether this is applicable for your destination country we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.
Parcels sent that have their customs and duties taxes refused will be returned to sender and refunded less delivery & cost of return to our warehouse.
ORDERS
Orders are dispatched between Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm AEST/AEDT. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day.
Orders placed on Public Holidays or Weekends will begin their processing on the next business day.
All orders are sent via a traceable method through Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation along with a tracking number and link to follow your parcel's journey.
Please make sure your email address and mobile number are entered correctly at checkout to ensure you receive all updates.
We're sorry to hear that! Before reaching out, please make sure you've checked your expected delivery timeframe and that your order is at least 2 business days past its estimated arrival. If your order is outside its delivery window and showing no tracking updates, please email us at melanie@blackangelapparel.com.au and we'll do our best to help.
Please note that once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of Australia Post and any further enquiries will need to be taken up directly with them. BA is not responsible for stolen, lost or misdirected packages, or for refunding/replacing parcels in these cases.
For international orders, if customs payment is not made, your order will be returned to us and a shipping handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Please also keep in mind that during sale periods, it may take a little longer for your parcel to be packed and dispatched.
If your package couldn't be delivered, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly. This helps prevent your package from being returned to us, which would result in a longer wait. The carrier will typically attempt re-delivery 1–3 times after a failed attempt.
Please start by checking with your neighbors, roommates, or colleagues.
Sometimes tracking is marked as delivered when the package has been left with someone nearby. We'd suggest waiting 24 hours before taking further action.
If your package still hasn't turned up, please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to help locate it.
If your package couldn't be delivered due to an incorrect address, or because it wasn't collected within the carrier's specified timeframe, return fees may apply.

- Photos of the wrong or faulty item, including the sewn-in size label
We will reimburse shipping expenses if at the fault of BA.
When returning an incorrect item please ensure that the garment gets back to us in an original unworn condition with tags attached.

We're unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. If you need to update your shipping address or change a product style or size, please email us at melanie@blackangelapparel.com.au as soon as possible.
Due to our quick shipping turnaround, we can't always guarantee changes can be made before your order leaves us. If we're unable to make the adjustment in time, please await delivery and use our returns portal to process a return.
Please check your spam or junk folder first, as confirmation emails can sometimes land there. All emails from us are sent from melanie@blackangelapparel.com.au. If you still can't find it, drop us an email with your order number and shipping address and we'll be happy to help.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a 14 day exchange/refund period, if your item is returned in original condition, unworn and with tags attached.
Please make sure your item is free from: - Make up, fake tan and animal hair - Free from scents of deodorant, perfume or washing powder We do not cover the cost of return shipping as it is at the customer’s expense.
Orders processed through After-pay are NOT eligible for a refund, however you can request an exchange or store credit.
Items marked “SALE” are not eligible for return or exchange.

We'll get back to you with all the details on next steps.
Please ensure your item is unworn, unwashed and has all tags still attached before sending it back.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Change of mind items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date
- Change of mind items that have been worn, washed, or marked
- Products marked as final sale
- Water Bottles
- Headwear and Socks
Original shipping fees cover the cost of shipping and handling your order and are unfortunately non-refundable should you choose to make a return.
GENERAL
Measurements for you to refer to when picking a size are outlined on our website’s sizing guide, to help you achieve the best fit.
Our sizing is in adult sizes but is suitable for all ages.
As a guide, an XS is equivalent to a women's size 6 or a kids size 10-12. For a full breakdown, refer to our sizing guide on the website.

BA is an online-only brand and we don't have any physical retail locations.
For safety reasons, we're also unable to accommodate visits to our Fulfilment Centre.

We restock our staple products including our Halo Sets, Black Training Shorts, Ayla Jacket, Black Noa Jacket and BA socks.
For all other styles, once they're gone they're gone, so make sure you grab them while you can!
