SHIPPING INFORMATION

Standard shipping times to all major cities is approximately 2-3 business days, with express being approximately 1-2 business days.

For rural areas, standard shipping can take up to 7 business days (remote areas).

All orders are shipped within 1 working day. If you have not received an order within the approximated time frame, please notify us by email.

Please note: Black Angel is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. 
Black Angel is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of any one of our shipping subsidiaries.

Please note, during sale periods, it may take a little longer for your parcel to be packed and prepared.

Due to the Covid-19 Outbreak, please allow up to 10 extra business days to recieve your parcel. Orders are still aimed to be dispatched from Black Angel within 1 business day.


International orders are shipped via Australia Post, please allow 2-25 business days from the time it leaves the postal depot it originated from, depending on where you are located. Your shipment may take a little longer when going through customs, depending on your country’s policies. We do not control, and are not responsible for customs fees or policies and apologize for any inconvenience they may cause you!

Elite Eleven is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of any one of our shipping subsidiaries.

Please note: if payment to customs is not made, your order will be returned to Black Angel and a shipping handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Currently there are no delays with our dispatch time, however, the shipping time to your country or state may be affected due to border closes and lockdowns.

Our orders that include our free shipping offer use Australia Post Standard satchels.

No. International orders may incur import duties and taxes, these are payable by you, the customer. If you are unsure whether this is applicable for your destination country we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information. Parcels sent that have their customs and duties taxes refused will be returned to sender and refunded less delivery & cost of return to our warehouse.

All orders sent from Black Angel are sent via a traceable method via Australia Post. Upon dispatch, you will be emailed a tracking number and link to track your parcel.

Orders are dispatched between Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm AEST/AEDT. Please allow up to 24 hours from order confirmation to dispatch (this may be longer if we have a high volume of orders to attend to. Orders placed on Public Holidays or Weekends will begin their processing on the next business day.

We’re sorry to hear that your order is lost, please contact us! In the event of a lost parcel, please ensure before lodging an enquiry you have checked your delivery times and that your order is at least 2 business days past your expected delivery. If your order is outside of its delivery time and receiving no tracking updates, please contact us at melanie@blackangelapparel.com.au and we will lodge an investigation for you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a 14 day exchange/refund period, if your item is returned in original condition, unworn and with tags attached.

Please make sure your item is free from: - Make up, fake tan and animal hair - Free from scents of deodorant, perfume or washing powder We do not cover the cost of return shipping as it is at the customer’s expense. Orders processed through After-pay are NOT eligible for a refund, however you can request an exchange or store credit.

Items marked “SALE” are not eligible for return or exchange.

You can do this by emailing us at melanie@blackangelapparel.com.au. If we are sold out of the size you need, we can offer you a refund less the cost of shipping.

If you have received an incorrect item we will require you to send through a photo of the item to melanie@blackangelapparel.com.au - and then we will be able to proceed with further information on what to do next. We will reimburse shipping expenses if at the fault of BA. When returning an incorrect item please ensure that the garment gets back to us in an original unworn condition with tags attached.
